Biochemical examination

Attributes relating to the biochemical examination are lucidly given in the Table 1. Information about values of individual attributes and about incidence frequencies of individual values are given in the Tables 2–11.

The level of LDL cholesterol (low density cholesterol) is not assessed directly in running routine but it is counted according to the following equation:

LDL cholesterol = total cholesterol – (HDL cholesterol + triglycerides/2.2)
